Top 10 podcasts to listen to while you recover

Podcasts are great for keeping you company during free time, but it can be very hard to find one that you like!

To help you out, we’ve devised a list of our top ten podcasts to stick on when it’s quiet. Starting with…

1.Behind the Pouch

Obviously!

We believe that everyone has a story to tell and that a podcast can provide a platform for a whole new audience of ostomates to hear what ‘a bigger life’ means to someone else. We believe that a stoma shouldn’t define you, it’s just a small part your bigger life. Like many of the ostomates that we speak to we do not take ourselves too seriously and, while the tools behind the podcast offer support and clinical advice, our podcast will showcase the people behind the pouch.

You can listen to Behind the Pouch here.
