Your immediate thoughts will be of panic and fear, you will wonder how you are going to manage your stoma and get back to normal life.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The first thing to realise is your thoughts are absolutely normal, so take a deep breath and take time to adjust.<\/li>\n<li>Begin to learn your stoma care at your own pace.
