Packing for your holiday can be stressful at the best of times, however if you are travelling with your new stoma for the first time or have had your stoma for a while, worrying about what stoma supplies you should pack can add that extra layer of anxiety.
To help you out, we have created a handy guide of items you should consider packing with you in your stoma travel kit, ensuring you have a relaxing holiday without stressing over your stoma supplies.
Check out with your airline if you are able to take extra luggage with you for your medical conditions for .e.g. mine is easyjet and I am able to take 10kg extra for supplies which is great. Especially for me as I like to carry plenty. More
